1. IMPORTANT NOTICE

By engaging our services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The latest version will be available on:

2. DEFINITIONS

  • Client / You – Customer booking services
  • We / Us – Squeaky Kleaners Pty Ltd
  • Services – Cleaning services provided
  • Property – Premises being cleaned
  • Booking – Confirmed service
  • Heavily Soiled – Above normal condition requiring extra labour

3. BOOKINGS & CONFIRMATION

  • Bookings are confirmed only after:
    • Deposit is paid
    • Confirmation is issued
  • Each booking is for one service only
  • Client must provide accurate property details

4. MANDATORY DEPOSIT POLICY

  • Deposit is required to secure booking
  • Deposit is STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE
  • Deposit is forfeited for:
    • Cancellation
    • Rescheduling
    • No access
    • Misrepresentation

5. QUOTES & FINAL PRICING

  • All quotes are estimates only
  • Final price is confirmed after on-site inspection

Price may increase if:

  • Property condition differs
  • Additional rooms / work required
  • Heavy dirt, grease, mould
  • Rubbish or belongings remain
  • Access or parking issues

👉 Work will NOT proceed without approval of revised pricing


6. PROPERTY ACCESS & CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

You must:

  • Provide access at agreed time
  • Ensure electricity & water are working
  • Remove personal belongings
  • Move heavy items (>5kg)
  • Secure pets, valuables, and children
  • Provide safe, hazard-free environment

7. ACCESS FAILURE / NO ENTRY POLICY

If access is not provided:

  • $50–$100 call-out fee OR
  • Up to 100% of full job cost may be charged

Reasons include:

  • Locked property
  • No key access
  • Incorrect details
  • Property not ready

8. SERVICE CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse service if property is unsafe, hazardous, or misrepresented
  • Reassess pricing for hoarding / extreme conditions
  • Cancel service without refund if safety risks exist

9. PAYMENTS

  • Full payment required before service starts
  • Accepted methods: Bank Transfer / Card

Late payments may incur:

  • Admin fees
  • Interest charges
  • Debt recovery costs

10. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

  • Deposit is always non-refundable
  • Less than 24–48 hrs notice:
    • Cancellation fee applies
    • Deposit forfeited

Rescheduling:

  • Additional fee may apply

11. SERVICE QUALITY & COMPLAINTS

  • Issues must be reported:
    • General cleaning → within 24–48 hours
    • Bond cleaning → within 72 hours
  • Must include:
    • Photos
    • Written details

12. RE-CLEAN POLICY (STRICT)

  • Re-clean is the ONLY remedy

Free re-clean provided if:

  • Within 72 Hours (Three Working Days )
  • Within service scope
  • Full payment made

❌ No refunds once service is completed


13. BOND BACK GUARANTEE

Applies only if:

  • Property is vacant
  • Utilities available
  • Inspection within 72 hrs ( Three Working Days )
  • Issues relate to checklist

❌ Does NOT cover:

  • Wear & tear
  • Mould / stains / damage
  • External areas not booked
  • Work declined by customer

14. LATE CLAIMS

  • After 72 hours (Three Working Days ):
    • No guarantee applies
    • Additional charges apply

15. PHOTOS & EVIDENCE

We may take before/after photos for:

  • Quality control
  • Dispute resolution
  • Insurance

Claims without evidence may be rejected


16. LIABILITY LIMITATION

We are NOT responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage
  • Wear & tear
  • Fragile items
  • Bond loss / rent loss

Liability limited to:

  • Service value .

17. CUSTOMER MISCONDUCT POLICY

Any of the following will result in:

  • Immediate termination
  • No refund

Includes:

  • Abuse
  • Threats
  • Harassment
  • Attempt to hire cleaners privately

18. PRIVACY POLICY

We collect personal data only for:

  • Booking
  • Communication
  • Billing

Data is handled under Australian Privacy Principles


19. FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Weather
  • Flood / fire
  • Government restrictions
  • Pandemic

20. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All business systems, pricing, and content are protected.

Unauthorized copying may result in legal action.


21. TERMINATION

We may terminate services if:

  • Payment not made
  • Unsafe conditions
  • Access denied
  • Misconduct occurs

22. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by NSW law.


23. ACCEPTANCE

By booking, you confirm:

  • You agree to pricing variation
  • Deposit is non-refundable
  • Terms are accepted fully
