Terms of Service – Squeaky Kleaners Pty Ltd

1. IMPORTANT   NOTICE

By booking or using our services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.


2. SCOPE   OF   SERVICES

We provide professional cleaning services including:

  • End of Lease / Bond Cleaning
  • Deep Cleaning
  • Carpet Cleaning
  • Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning
  • Oven / BBQ Cleaning
  • Builders Cleaning
  • Office & Commercial Cleaning
  • Rubbish Removal
  • Strata Cleaning
  • NDIS Cleaning
  • Airbnb Cleaning

All services are delivered strictly based on our internal cleaning checklist and service standards.


3. SERVICE   AGREEMENT

By confirming a booking, you enter into a binding agreement with Squeaky Kleaners.

You must provide accurate information regarding:

  • Property condition
  • Size and layout
  • Required services
  • Access details

⚠️ We reserve the right to:

  • Adjust pricing
  • Modify scope
  • Refuse service

if actual conditions differ from what was disclosed.


4. PRICING, CHECKLIST & FINAL CHARGES

4.1 Estimate Only

All quotes are estimates and NOT final pricing.

4.2 Checklist-Based  Pricing (CORE CLAUSE)

All services are performed strictly according to our internal checklist.

Final pricing depends on:

  • Property condition
  • Level of dirt, grease, stains
  • Accessibility
  • Labour and time required

4.3 Additional   Work / Upsell Clause (VERY IMPORTANT)

Any task not included in the checklist will be treated as an additional service.

If extra work is identified onsite:

  • Client will be informed
  • Verbal or written approval is sufficient
  • Additional charges will apply immediately

⚠️ Declining recommended add-ons may impact results and void guarantees.


5. WHAT   IS   INCLUDED / NOT INCLUDED

Each service follows a defined checklist.

❌ NOT INCLUDED unless agreed:

  • Heavy stain removal
  • Severe grease build-up
  • Mould removal
  • Hazardous waste
  • External areas
  • High-risk or unsafe cleaning

6. DEPOSITS   &   CANCELLATIONS

  • Deposit is required to secure booking
  • Deposit is STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE

Cancellation:

  • Allowed only before 48 hours
  • Within 48 hours → Deposit forfeited

Rescheduling:

  • May incur additional fees

7. PAYMENT   TERMS

  • Full payment must be made before service starts

We reserve the right to:

  • Delay or cancel service
  • Apply late fees
  • Recover unpaid debts legally

8. ACCESS   &   ENTRY   POLICY

Client must provide:

  • Safe and timely access
  • Working electricity & water
  • Parking / key access

Failure to provide access may result in:

  • Deposit forfeiture
  • Call-out fee
  • Up to full job cost charged

9. CLIENT   RESPONSIBILITIES

Client must:

  • Remove valuables and fragile items
  • Ensure property is safe
  • Disclose hazards
  • Secure pets and children

We are NOT liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage
  • Wear and tear
  • Improper installations

10. SERVICE    LIMITATIONS

We do NOT guarantee:

  • Full stain removal
  • Restoration to new condition

Results depend on:

  • Age and condition
  • Severity of dirt
  • Surface material

11. END OF LEASE / BOND CLEANING

  • Service follows our internal checklist only
  • Agent requirements beyond checklist are NOT included

Bond   Guarantee   Conditions:

  • Property must be vacant
  • Issues reported within 72 hours
  • Must include photos + inspection report

12. RE-CLEAN  POLICY (STRICT)

  • Re-clean is the ONLY remedy available

Conditions:

  • Must be within scope
  • Must be reported within timeframe

❌ No refunds once service is completed


13. CARPET   &   SPECIAL   SERVICES

  • Full stain removal is NOT guaranteed
  • Drying time is not guaranteed
  • Results vary depending on condition

14. RUBBISH   REMOVAL

  • Only agreed waste will be removed
  • Hazardous waste will NOT be handled
  • Extra waste = additional charges

15. NDIS   &   SPECIAL   SERVICES

  • Services are limited to agreed scope
  • No medical or personal care included
  • Cleaning only as per checklist

16. AIRBNB   &   COMMERCIAL   CLEANING

  • Turnaround times must be clearly communicated
  • Delays due to third parties are not our responsibility
  • Checklist-based service applies

17. COMPLAINTS  &   REPORTING

  • Issues must be reported within 24–48 hours
  • Must include photos and details

Failure to report within timeframe = claim rejected


18. PHOTOS   &  EVIDENCE

We may take before/after photos for:

  • Quality control
  • Dispute resolution
  • Insurance purposes

19. LIMITATION   OF  LIABILITY

We are NOT responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage
  • Wear and tear
  • Bond loss or rent loss
  • Indirect or consequential loss

Liability limited to:

  • Service value OR
  • Maximum AUD $100

20. MISCONDUCT   POLICY (ZERO TOLERANCE)

Any abuse, harassment, or misconduct will result in:

  • Immediate termination
  • No refund
  • Possible legal action

21. RIGHT  TO   REFUSE   SERVICE

We may refuse or stop service if:

  • Property is unsafe
  • Conditions differ significantly
  • Misconduct occurs

All payments remain non-refundable


22. FORCE   MAJEURE

We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Weather
  • Flood / fire
  • Government restrictions
  • Pandemics

23. INTELLECTUAL   PROPERTY

All business methods, pricing, and content belong to Squeaky Kleaners.

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.


24. GOVERNING   LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
