At Squeaky Kleaners, we are committed to providing professional and reliable cleaning services. To ensure a smooth experience for both our clients and staff, please review our refund and cancellation policy below:
Booking Cancellations
You may cancel your booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled service time to receive a full refund.
If you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled service, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. The remaining 50% will be refunded to your original payment method.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling is free if requested at least 48 hours in advance.
If you request to reschedule within 48 hours, it will be subject to availability and a 25% rescheduling fee may apply.
No-Shows
If our team arrives at the property and is unable to gain access, or if the client is unavailable without prior notice, the appointment will be marked as a no-show, and no refund will be provided.
