Extra service charges may apply where the property condition falls outside normal cleaning scope. Pricing depends on build-up, access, labour intensity, and the level of restoration required.

🏠 Kitchen

  • Oven Cleaning (60cm): $150 – $200
  • Detail Fridge / Freezer / Microwave Cleaning: $60 – $200
  • Kitchen Cabinets, Rangehood & Cooktop (Heavy Grease / Oil Build-Up): $75 – $250
Applies when heavy-duty scrubbing is required due to excessive grease and additional labour time to achieve a high-quality finish.

🚿 Bathrooms

  • Shower Screen & Wall Tiles (Soap Scum Removal – Scraping & Scrubbing): $90 – $120
No guarantee on grout restoration or black mould in silicone.

🪟 Windows & Glass Panels

  • Internal Glass (Above 2m Height – Ladder Required): $5 – $25 per panel
  • External Glass: $10 – $25 per panel
  • Staircase Window Glass (Accessible Height Only): $5 – $15 per panel
Internal glass pricing includes frames and tracks where accessible.
