- Best results occur when all trades have finished work before cleaning
- Some residue paint cement silicone and adhesives may require specialist add-ons
- High-reach areas above 2.4m are excluded unless safely accessible and approved
- GST 10% applies unless otherwise stated

- Work at height beyond safe access over 2.4m

- Concrete and cement removal requiring specialist treatment
- Heavy grout haze removal or restoration-level detailing
- Silicone or grout restoration
- Hard mineral deposit removal
- Major mould remediation
📌 Other Exclusions
- Skip hire council disposal or bulk rubble removal
- Moving heavy appliances or fixed equipment
- Cleaning behind installed cabinetry and appliances where not accessible
- Repair work repainting or maintenance services
