- GST (10%) applies to all services unless otherwise stated

⚠️ Hazardous or High-Risk Tasks
- Biohazard cleaning (blood, faeces, needles, bodily fluids)
- Fire damage or smoke remediation
- Severe mould remediation
- Chemical spills, industrial waste, or hazardous substances
- Work at height beyond safe access (over 2.4 m)

- Tile/grout restoration
- Hard mineral deposit removal beyond standard cleaning
- Flood/water damage restoration
